Director of Education Delivering Invited Lecture

Lorraine Howard, MSW, LCSW, LCADC, will be delivering the Harold W. and Marguerite F Demone Endowed Lectureship on Alcohol & Other Addictions at the upcoming Third Annual Challenging Racial Disparities Conference: A Call to Action. This conference, hosted by Rutgers School of Social Work, is highly anticipated and well attended. Lorraine’s talk is entitled “The Intersection of Race and Addiction: Challenges and Opportunities”, and will focus on the health disparities experienced by racial minorities as it applies directly to addiction treatment. Lorraine is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in the Rutgers School of Social Work, and we are very proud of her hard work and success!
